It works! So easy! I made some the day I viewed this. I would recommend skimming the top like she does. Then gently scoop out the oil into a glass jar (1 lb = 1 pt), don’t pour it out into the jar. When you get close to the bottom where all the solids are, place the pan in the refrigerator until the butter oil solidifies, like overnight. I lifted off the solid butter fat and removed any solids still clinging on. Add this solid butter oil to your container or place it in little bowl to use first. If you want a solid butter oil in your jar, just place the jar in the refrigerator. Otherwise, depending on the temp in your house, it might stay as oil or soft like a spread. Your choice.
