I am a homeschool mother.  I have been homeschooling since 1974.  I home taught 5 of my own children.  I also homeschooled a friend's daughter through her high school years.  I was also able to tutor several other children in basic skills.  

Why did I decide to educate my own children?  Okay, you asked, now here's the answer:  The goverment schools, private schools and religious schools were not educating.  They were indoctrinating, whether they knew it or not.

I CAN'T EDUCATE MY CHILD--i'M NOT QUALIFIED

Well sorry, but that's hogwash.  That is a major lie propagated by the government school system.   Everyday of your life you are educating your child, either for good or bad.  No one! No one knows your child the way you do.  No one loves your child more than you do.  Do you think a perfect stranger is going to be able to teach and nourture like you can?
