I'm almost positive that many of you are saying, "I can't afford all the exercise stuff and a gym membership."   Well, to be honest with you--you can't afford NOT to exercise, even if it is just walking.  But, I want to show you some items that might help you get started.  There are plenty of in-home exercise ideas.  You do not have to purchase a gym membership to get moving and get healthier.  The items shown below are just some examples.  You can also do isometric exercise, soft aerobics, walking, etc.

  • EXERCISE BANDS

    These bands come open or closed. Each band is a different thickness and color coded.

  • HULA HOOPS
